This precompiled build for WinNT/98/95 of KeyNote is based on release 2.2.  
The source code can be acquired at http://www.cis.upenn.edu/~keynote
Openssl version 0.9.5a was used to generate libeay32.dll and libssl32.dll.
Openssl can be found at http://www.openssl.org/  
Cygwin was version 1.1.0 was used to generate the exe files.
The three DLLs must be present in the same directory as the executables.
